Easiest asparagus recipe ever!, December 2, 2007

"For our family Spanish theme dinner I needed a quick, easy and unusual dish. This recipe filled the bill as I only had to open a few jars of white asparagus and arrange them on a pretty platter. I poured the oil and vinegar over them, sprinkled a few pimentos on top for a little contrast and watched them disappear. This was the first time I had eaten white asparagus - as a real bonus, my local grocery store had them on sale! Even the kids ate them. I'll be watching for future sales and make it again."
