Yummy and easy!,

"I had some rotisserie chicken left over and googled how I might use it - looking for something with ingredients I had on hand. I stumbled across this recipe! In a word - yum! I didn't have any black beans, so I substituted refried (I put them on first - to have something to spread it on), and I had mexican shredded instead of just Jack. It was very very good - and EASY! This one is going into the recipe file. I'll try it with the black beans next time too!"
