A great all around rub-seasoning,

"I have been using this rub recipe as an all around seasoning for over a year. You really can apply it to all kinds of meats and veggies. It does bring a unique a great tasting variance to what ever it is you are cooking. The mustard powder and cumin is what sets this rub apart, making this just a great unique blend. My favorite use for this rub is on pork chops on the grill. Shake it on, grill, and keep shaking! You can apply sauce if you want but you should try them without first. I will always have some of this stuff around."
