"My son has a lovely girlfriend who is vegetarian, my son is not. I just like good food.
This dish was part of a meal served with spicy potato rounds and mushroom strudel.
It was a hit.... Thank you for the recipe.
Next move try it on my daughter and her husband at our family party in Jan 08"
