bad kimchi recipe,

"while there are many kimchi recipies, even the most basic involves making a rice paste made of sweet rice flour and hot water. to this paste is added the other spice ingredients. then this paste is incorporated into the brined cabbage. another thing lacking is the anchovie fish sauce which is essential to the fermentation.
really a poor recipe for napa cabbage kimchi if i ever saw one."
