Current recipe doesn't work,

"I had to add another cup of flour to get the dough stiff enough to make a log.
Then I should have divided it into three smaller log because I could not get the large log done in the middle. What did turn out tasted great.
So plan on adding 1/2 to 1 cup more flour. Then make into three small logs. Then cook per instructions."
