quick and easy, but delicious,

"I made some changes to this by substituting fresh garlic and ginger as I didn't have the paste option (done in a pestle & mortar), but it was still a fast meal to prepare. I used potato also and tinned tomato.
Absolutely delicious! Thoroughly recommended!"
