NOT LOW-CAL BUT GREAT!,

"This recipe is super simple to follow and the results are FANTASTIC! I substituted eggbeaters for the whole egg and added another tsp for the extra yolk. A heaping tbs of Tasters Choice Instant Coffee and an overflowing tbs of Kahlua made this one of the most moist and richest brownies I've eaten in my 67 years. The Kahlua and coffee enhances, and adds, a lot of flavor. Keep in mind that all the alcohol bakes off. A wonderful recipe to get the grandkids started in the kitchen."
