Best oatmeal cookie I've eaten!,

"My family says this is the best oatmeal cookie I've ever made. I admit that I didn't measure the orange zest... I just zested the whole orange using a Microplane (my new favorite tool!). The orange flavor was awesome, and the cookie chewy and delicious. I highly recommend the recipe!"
