Easy to make & delicious!,

"I surprised my husband with this at dinner one night and he was really impressed. We both fought over the leftovers. I couldn't believe how easy it was to make too! I added some toasted coconut after it was cooked for a little extra coconutty flavor and sweetness. Mmmm"
