Another Great Thai Dish!!,

"Just tried it tonight in both banana leaves and foil. Sensational dish!! I had portion problems, lol, in that once you put the pineapple, pepper and chicken together in green marinade, you can't tell if there is any or enough chicken in the baked packets. Solution next time, marinate chicken separately from pineapple and peppers, but in the same marinade. A really sensational recipe!!!Congrats again. PS. Had to reregister to write (said I was disabled-how did they know about my mental condition, lol) this review. Have I been bad?"
