Broccoli Walnut Pasta - Simple & Delicious,

"We started with the idea -- broccoli & walnuts on pasta -- and Googled this recipe. We used only a pound of florets -- half the recipe but it was plenty -- so just 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (measured after they were chopped) and two cloves garlic -- but a full 1/2 cup grated parmesan. We skipped the red pepper flakes, a concession to the one-year-old who was sharing this with us. Salt to taste -- that note is buried in the recipe but take it seriously, the dish needed salt. We guessed it would also be better with about a half stick of butter in the broccoli prep. But this turned out to be a wonderful one-dish meal."
