Great taste and works with GF modification,

"I'm Celiac, so I modified this recipe a little, using a gluten-free (GF) pie crust from Whole Foods, and Bob's Red Mill GF flour. It was so easy to fix, just mix everything together and dump it into the crust. I took it to a dinner party where there were no other Celiacs (translation: not accustomed to the stuff more akin to sawdust that we often have to eat to stay GF), and it was GONE so fast!! Everyone raved about how delicious the pie was! It's going on my list of recipes that work well modified for Celiacs, and I'll be taking it to every gathering with that particular group of people -- by popular demand!!"
