Disappointment,

"The recipe does not state what to do with the 2 cups of powdered sugar. I added it to the butter mixture after the eggs. That may have been what went wrong. There was no tunnel of fudge. There was a very strong cocoa flavor though. It also fell apart. There were 8 people for dinner and none finished their piece. The remaining cake was left at the restaurant because nobody wanted to take it home. I was very disappointed."
