"Forget thyme, caraway or hot red pepper. Use instead Summer savory (about a full table spoon), mash 4-5 cloves of garlic w/ salt to obtain a paste and add it at last. Also for that quantity of meat use approx. 7 fl.oz. of soup (beef) or dissolve a beef cube in same qty of water and incorporate in the mixture; add 1.5 tsp of baking soda mixed with 1tbs of lemon juice. Mix very well and let it rest from one day to next. Next day form meat in sausage-like pieces 1" dia. and 3.5" long. Preferably grill them on a hot grill."
