"I am not a vegan by choice. I just happen to have a health problem that has forced me to omit dairy from my diet. It has been hard making sweets for my family and not being able to partake;-) Thank God for Google because I would never know how many great tasting vegan recipes there are. As a matter of fact, after eating a vegan diet for only three months, I feel great better than I have in years. I may never go back!!!
Anyhow, because I am not a vegan by choice, this will be an honest opinion of a milk and cheese lovin person!!!! This recipe is super awesome!!!! Even my meat eating, milk guzzling family loved these. I am now getting ready to make it for the second time tonight. I urge anyone to try this recipe;vegan or not. Actually, I will never use another recipe again.
