It's just okay!,

"Made this bread and it is missing something, some other ingredient. I was thinking maybe needs sugar & salt to counteract the other taste. It didn’t rise properly and the mass of the bread is too thick. I have made a ton of breads and too my disappointment this one just didn’t do it. If anyone out there can figure what’s missing please let us know."
