Easy and delicious,

"What a great recipe! I made it pretty much as written, I did use all of the bok choy, just cooked the white sections a bit first as suggested. I also added about 1/4 cup of coconut milik right at the end to make a bit more sauce for the rice. We will surely make it again and loved having a new way to use bok choy."
