spaghetti with zucchini blossoms, July 1, 2009

"My mother was making this recipe when I was a little girl. She was way before her time with italian cooking. However, being somewhat on the less fortunate time, (monetarily), she eliminated the blossoms, and used anchovies alone.
I still make this today....some fifty yrs. later!!"
