"I cut ingredient amounts in half and used a smaller oval baking dish. This made a very good meal for just my wife and I. We didn't have a large amount left over and what we did reheated well. The second time I made it I used Wild Rice with the seasoning packet and Cajun Seasoning instead of the steak seasoning and a shredded Monterey Jack cheese blend rather than cheddar, This also made an excellent and delicious meal. I think this recipe could be easily adapted to many tastes and types of meat. EXCELLENT"
