"This recipe is FANTASTIC! I was pressed for some ingredients, so I made some impromptu changes:
I made it, but had to make some 'adjustments' since I was using some different ingredients:
√ Out of regular shrimp and used Argentinian Red Shrimp [Trader Joe's and they taste like lobster!]
√ Added cremini/portabello mushrooms since I needed to use them up --- and I like the flavor
√ Added a touch of Sesame Oil [to saute the mushrooms, before adding them to the shrimp]
√ Sautéed minced garlic AND added powdered ginger, since my crushed ginger was not up to par for this event
√ Used Srirachi chili sauce instead of chili paste and got a slower, more lingering heat from the flavoring"
