"This is the exact recipe my mother and grandmother used my whole life - even down to the Foley's Food Mill. I prefer the recipe using the whole tomato, but either is wonderful. Anything else is simply gilding the lily. Thanks for printing it. I wondered too about the parsley and oregano recipe printed previously although my father always added oregano to his bowl of pasta. Delicious, healthy and convenient - Italian "fast food"."
