Dill Rice "' a variant ",

"I have tried this recipe and thoroughly injoyed it . I have tried a variant to it partly because I an a vegetairian and because the recipe below is delicious and satisfaying with fish dishes I make for my friends . I do not use the boillion or the chicken broth . I add some lima beans that have been soaked in hot water for 20-30 min and finish it with some butter when the rice is done to fluff the rice and give it a rich satisfaying taste ."
