"What wonderful flavors and so pretty for presentation. My oven is not tall enough to hang the duck while roasting, so used my smoker with little apple chips. The neighbors were drooling. The leftovers, meat, bones, stuffing goop and juices made the most wonderful noodle soup the next day using leftover fried noodles. I'll make this again for sure!
