Ohio Buckeyes....,

"These are easy to make and the name Buckeye comes from the state of Ohio......anyone born there are called Buckeyes.....there is a tree that has a nut that looks like this candy.....when it is mature and falls off tree. They say that one side is poison.... I don't know that to be true, but noone eats them. This is a very tasty candy.....and I enjoy making these at the holidays...."
