Easy and good tasting,

"Used this recipe last year for a smoked turkey combined with a beer based injection. Meat was moist and flavorful (used Guiness which was probably too strong a flavor for a bird but I only did it to one side and used a butter based injection for the other side). I'm going to use this brine recipe again this year on one of the birds I'm deep-frying. signed, brigning believer"
