By forensic_girl911. Plus it called for 9"+ cake pans and I used 8" and they were still flat. If I had used the others, they would have been more like pancakes. I enjoy making scratch cakes and made this one for a gift and I was embarassed to present it. It was pretty and had a good taste, but why so flat. I've only made it once and I was thinking that y baking powder and soda were too old until I read this review. What now?"
