"You cant go wrong with:
*Frozen: Strawberries, Raspberries, Blueberries, Peaches, or mango, or pinapple
*Fat free vanilla yogurt
*Orange juice
Thats all you need, awesome vitamin packed drink,
I like to use many fruits at once all different colors to ensure I am getting a rainbow of nutrients."
