Chicken & Black Bean Salad w/variation,

"This was very well received by family and most valuable critic - husband. 2 changes only. Added a well drained 15-3/4oz can corn and mixed the 4 TBSP sour cream into the picante sauce (salsa).
Chopped some green onions as optional topping for myself. Husband said he would love this added to Spring/Summer meals. Really great!!"
