Excellent Dish,

"The author says you may never go back to regular Chicken Parmesan again, and I agree, this dish was excellent (I did add a little garlic powder to the cornmeal, but I add garlic to most everything). My family and I love Mexican Food and this is now one of our favorites, it fast, easy and tastes great."
