"This is the best spinach recipe ever! I'm a huge lover of Asian food but not too keen on ginger so I altered the recipe substituting garlic for ginger. I added a teaspoon of garlic and wok oil as I was sauting the spinch and then some garlic water into the dressing. It was really yummy. And, with the massive amounts of miso I have left (I could only find a pint-sized container at our store) I'm going to be making this dish a lot :)"
