"Almost identical to the way I have been making these for years with a couple of small changes. As I use Ginger wine, I omit the sugar. Also I use a little of my home grown, dried, ground chili peppers rather than the white pepper. These are terrific wontons. As I have been cooking Chinese since 1952, there are a lot of our recipes which are identical to Rhonda's. Both great cooks!! LOL! Cheers, old Doug in BC"
