Great simple meatloaf,

"I have used this recipe 2x. Once for 3 people, and last night for 7. Both times it came out great. Very moist + flavorful. Only thing is I cooked it for far less time than recipe calls for- about 40 min tops (remember, it keeps cooking after U take it out for a bit)"
