My own Caggionetti,

"I have watched and watched my italian relations make caggionetti for many, many years until I made it perfectly myself. This is the first recipe I have found on the Web. It took me 10 years to perfect! The recipe is better if you add Marsala wine to the filling. This year they were heaven to eat. Your recipe varies a little from mine. Yours very nice - mine excellent."
