Hong Kong Dim Sum Turnip Cake,

"I have had this many times. I first tried it in Hong Kong and just can not get enough. I now go to the Dim Sum Restuarant in Chicago China Town for the same turnip cake. If you can not get there then try this recipe as it is very good. Not quite as good as the Hong Kong restuarants but still worth making. Also a good dim sum dipping sauce or Hoisin Sauce will compliment this turnip cake."
