"This was a really quick no fuss recipe. I just dumped some baby carrots along the side of my backing pan and basted with marinade while it was roasting and the whole dish was delicious. It had a bit of a kick to to it as I used a spicy dijon mustard, but I would definitely recommend this recipe to someone else. I reduced the temperature to 325 and cooked a bit longer. I did not want dry meat. I did however bump it up to suggested temperature for the last ten minutes of cooking time to achieve a pretty golden brown color."
