The perfect recipe!!!,

"I ate coffee jelly all the time in Japan, and then came back to America and couldn't get it anywhere! I tried making it according to the Knox gelatin box, but it was never quite right. The flavor and texture of this recipe are just perfect! I like to cube it and serve it with frozen whipped cream. I also added an extra teaspoon of sugar, because I have a bit of a sweet tooth. ^_^"
