"I served over rice, but my husband only ate the chicken out of it and had to make himself something else to eat. I still ate it thinking it was ok, but only the solids and not the liquid part. I hesitated to add the sour cream and wonder if it might have been a bit better without it in. Good ingredients, but probably a lot better as a casserole of sorts leaving out the liquids, instead of a stew."
