"I had heard about Sweet Potato Fries but never tried them. Having sweet potatoes left over from Easter, I went to the internet for a recipe ... found this recipe and am absolutely thrilled with the results. They are so good ... a real healthy treat .
(I didn't peel the potatoes and that was the right choice.)"
