Moist goodness,

"turned out wonderful. I was just putting the timer at 20 min.. then 15 then checking every 5 min and I took it out at about 40-45 min. just perfectly moist but not undercooked in the center and the outside had I let it sit in the oven any longer it would've been much tougher.
