Quick, easy and delicious.,

"This turns out just like the ones I eat at restaurants here in Japan. I presented this dish exactly like the picture for dinner and my husband was very happy with it. We also added a thin glaze of mayonnaise on the dish (husband said that that's the way his Japanese friends eat shogayaki at shokudo). But this dish is already great without the mayo. Thank you, thank you, thank you."
