Salad that makes grown men cry!,

"This salad is amazing, so full of flavour! I made it yesterday and my fiance was nearly crying with pleasure (we both love good food).
I didn't have the kaffir lime leaves and I used fresh mint instead (more than just one leaf though, a good few of them) - it adds a certain additional freshness to the flavor."
