My NEW Favorite Cookie,

"As a child and through my college years, I had a real affinity for snickerdoodle cookies because of the delicious cinnamon flavor. But, for a recent dinner party, I couldn't help but want to stir up things. And, much to my surprise, I have a new favorite cookie in the Cinnamon Palmiers.
These were a real hit at my party; straight from the oven, the guests really enjoyed the way the cookie flaked and savored the delicious cinnamon taste. I served them with Vanilla frozen yogurt, which was awesome for serving with the still-warm cookies.
I recommend them wholeheartedly for the cinnamon lover in every household--amazing taste and very simple preparation."
