"This recipe was easier to make compared to the recipe I was taught. My recipe requires more ingredients to the meat such as bell pepper, onion, garlic and tomato sauce. And the crust for the papas is grounded Kelloggs Frosted Flakes. When fried, the papas have a crunchy sweet coating to them."
