Recommended to Thai Food Novices,

"I recommend this amazing recipe to any Thai food novice. I just got back from a trip to Thailand; I loved the food there, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that I managed to capture the taste, which I enjoyed on the trip, in this recipe.
The best part is that the combination in this recipe lends itself to changes, and you still get the yummy taste. For example, I didn't use the honey or the lime leaves--can't find them where I live, and I used red and yellow peppers instead. I can tell you that my guests cleaned their plates. The dish was so colorful and appetizing; they barely touched the eight other dishes on the table. I served it next to Jasmine rice."
