"I was skeptical about a dairy free quiche but my nursing daughter is allergic to the dairy protein and I was looking for something yummy to fill in for not being able to eat dairy myself. This did the trick! I added bacon to mine and it was heavenly. So full flavored and light. I'm making it again for dinner tonight. I think the nutritional yeast helps to give it a lot of oomph."
