Great, even with Salmon, April 23, 2008

"We loved this recipe. My 18 month old son couldn't get enough! We live in a town where we couldn't get the fish the recipe called for, so we used some salmon we had caught and canned from Alaska. It was great and for a family who does not eat any left overs, we ate up the entire thing the next day for dinner."
