"I always order whole fish at Thai resturants and this is the real deal! Really easy and so yummy. I used red snapper and the tamarind substitue. I used 1/2 red jalepeno and 1 habenero since I had no red chillies on hand and it was really spicy, but I loved it! Just adjust the amount of chillies to your prefernce. Out of this world, crazy good. You have got to try this recipe."
