"My mom used to make this for me as a kid and I just gave it a shot for my first time tonight. It brought me back in time and my boyfriend liked it.
Wait at least 45 minutes before making your potato balls into pancakes, I was impatient and the patties kinda mushed together in the pan a little bit. That doesn't change the flavor though!"
