"This Red Curry Paste is awesome!!!! I made it now 3 times and it is absolutely fantastic! - Never buy paste again!!!!
I use creamed coconut dissolved in 300ml water rather than a can because I found it too watery with a can of coconut milk. (Maybe had just the wrong can...)"
